Medeata is built on one idea — AI as a creative co-pilot. So I turned that idea back on the design work itself: pairing with an AI assistant to audit the brand, catch where it had drifted, re-tune the system and rebuild the prototype — fast, with me as the pilot.

Medeata gives its users an AI concierge — a co-pilot that drafts, illustrates and summarises so a person can move from idea to post without friction. The design question I set myself was simple: what if the design work ran the same way?
Not AI instead of design judgment — AI beside it. I stay the pilot: I decide what's right, what's on-brand, what ships. The assistant moves fast on the parts that are mechanical.
Point the same co-pilot back at the design itself.
First, ground truth. Instead of guessing the brand, I had the assistant read the live medeata.com and pull the actual tokens — the cyan the wordmark uses, the navy-to-cyan gradient in the logo, and the Mea Culpa calligraphy script behind the headings. The product itself became the source of truth.
Side by side, the working prototype had quietly drifted: a periwinkle #4F93F7 and Dancing Script, where the real brand is a brighter cyan #05B7E4, a deep navy, and Mea Culpa. Easy to miss by eye across dozens of files — obvious once the truth sat next to it.

Then the fast part: re-token the whole design system to the true brand in a single pass — primary cyan, blue for links, navy for depth — swap Dancing Script for Mea Culpa everywhere, rebuild the Feed screen in-brand, and embed the live interactive prototype so the case page and the product can never drift apart again.
Last, I rendered the result beside the live app and confirmed the match — colour for colour, screen for screen. Every judgment call along the way was mine; the assistant just made the loop short enough to actually finish.
The same loop caught more than colour. Watching the flow, the Concierge was a dead end: users hit a blank chat, didn't know what it could do, and even with a good draft had no way to actually post — so they stalled and never got past it. I redesigned it around clear "start here" task cards and a draft card with a Use this → Post hand-off that carries the text straight into Compose.
I made the calls — what was broken and what the fix should be. The assistant built the screens and wired the flow in minutes, so the redesign was something we could feel the same afternoon.
AI amplifies the designer — it doesn't replace the judgment.
The outcome: a Medeata brand that's consistent from the live site through the design system to the prototype — audited, corrected and rebuilt in an afternoon rather than a week. The co-pilot Medeata gives its users, pointed back at the craft that makes Medeata.
